Deserving of being qualified as a palace of dalliance that stays in the heart. May the Aiding long grant long life to that highly helpful emperor. And may he make his domains prosperous and thriving. Upon his order and imperial decree, his slave Safvet. Has composed these two chronograms: (Rejoice, Albulmecid Khan has constructed strong building) , Calligrapher Mustafa Izzet Efendi, Dated 1275 AH (1858-59 CE)
